Who We Are

Trident ComputerTech is currently a home-based business. We are based in Mount Holly, North Carolina, just off Highway 16.

The owner has over 10 years of experience working on computers, along with 6 years of formal education in the computer and engineering fields.

We believe simply, that you should not pay a lot for computer maintenance. When service costs near the price of a new computer, it can be a tough pill to swallow, and doesn't make much sense. Technical support doesn't have to be so painful and illogical.

At Trident, we do not have near the amount of overhead that the large retail support teams do. Therefore, we can provide the same exact services at usually less than half the cost.

What we guarantee is that you'll get the same or better quality service, and with much more personal attention.
